William J. Bergner is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Bergner’s trial experience includes personal injury, property damage and fire cases, insurance issues, employment law, workers compensation and professional liability. Mr. Bergner also assists taxpayers with issues with the IRS and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Additionally, he has experience in oil and gas title work. Mr. Bergner serves as a hearing officer for a government agency on employment issues and has had extensive experience as a mediator and in arbitration.

She has been practicing for two years in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate. She has experience in property law through her clerkship with the City of Chicago Department of Buildings, where she dealt with building code violations and porch collapses and worked with the city government to implement local ordinances. Additionally, Ms. Archer has experience in oil and gas law.
